Dana is the founder of Sailing Workforce Solutions. As the wife of a professional sailor, she has known first hand the challenges to find employment benefits and retirement planning for her family. She has watched how difficult it can be for people who enter the sailing profession be able to find a job, find a mentor, navigate in their career, and develop their future as a sailing professional. Dana took her experience as an HR leader who worked the past 20 years supporting major corporations, c-suite leaders and small business owners to bring together other like minded HR professionals to help those who don’t have access to “corporate or company benefits” to form Sailing Workforce Solutions.

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, she has witnessed the challenges employees and employers face today. She believes in meeting each individual where they are, accelerating their trajectory towards success, all while prioritizing the well-being and growth of their future. Michelle enjoys breathing new life into individuals careers, being innovative with employer cultures, fostering conscious leadership and high-performing teams.

In addition to traditional CPA & CFO services, Brenda specializes in advising investment/personal wealth solutions, international cash management, FX risk management and US Capital Markets.

Alan Fajardo brings over ten years of experience in the health care industry, having worked at Centene Corporation & Gainwell Technologies, where he contributed to many Medicaid and Medicare programs across various states. In 2016, he began to transition into the tech industry as a Software Engineer. In 2020, Alan created Techverse Media LLC, a web design and SEO agency dedicated to helping home service business owners grow their operations through effective SEO strategies, paid media, and beautifully designed websites. Outside of work, Alan loves spending time with his family, expanding his knowledge of the tech industry, and playing of Dungeons & Dragons with friends.

His storytelling enhances the brand’s presence and fosters meaningful engagement, expanding the company’s reach in the U.S., Canada, and beyond.

After living on a motor yacht and being involved in the SF Bay Area sailing community for years, Gina has an intimate understanding of how important it is to keep the community solvent, vibrant and active now and for generations to come. Gina is proud to join the team at Sailing Workforce Solutions and is looking forward to promoting the wellbeing of the sailing community by increasing stability and cultivating career development for those who chose this unique and authentic lifestyle.
